I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Express (Austin, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I interviewed through my university. There were two interviews total. The first was some basic questions about java and some bit wise comparisons and then a little behavioral stuff. The second was mostly technical and asked more basic questions about programming. Make sure you have things to ask them because there will be time left at the end for you to talk.
