I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2021
Interview
My experience was atypical, I applied through an interest form that my scholarship organization had sent out to us. Interviewed with a non-technical lead first, then a team lead hopped on the call and asked about previous experience before jumping into the coding questions.

Question 1
Three coding questions - comparing binary trees for equality, checking for divisibility, and I forgot the third one but it was also pretty easy.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Express (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
One interview with a recruiter asking very basic questions and then hiring manager with straightforward questions. Only had 3 interviews then offered the position. It’s a hybrid role so I did like that.
