I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (London, England)
Interview
Very thorough! An assessment (IQ, logic, numeracy and customer service scenarios), a recorded HireVue interview, and finally a live HireVue interview with a task. They kept me exceptionally up to date throughout the process and I have now been offered the position subject to background checks

Interview
January 4th I submitted my application, about a week later I was invited to take the assessment which was extremely long and somewhat irrelevant when it came to the geometry, anyhow, about a week after that I was invited to do a one way Hirevue video interview such consisted of about 6 situational questions and took about 30 mins. A week after that I was emailed about setting up a phone interview, in which I scheduled for the following day. The phone interview lasted about 45 mins going over my background and about three situational questions he then told me he would like to schedule me for a two way interview with the hiring manager. The following day, I competed it and it was about an hour long and by far the most detailed interview I've ever had he really dug into every situation he asked me! Upon completion he thanked me for my interview and informed me that he would follow up with a decision within two days by phone or email. I was contacted within 24 hours with an offer, and details about shipping equipment, background check, drug test etc. They also cover the expense for your Internet and phone service, cool beans. I was a bit skeptical when I read a post on here claiming that the job listing was not real but that is completely false being that that person never even made it to the digital interview, but hey just to let you all know it's completely legit I Tait couldn't see American express, a fortune 100 company, pulling such nonsense myself; anyway my training class starts 2/29!!!! Good luck to all!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you didn't have the necessary resources available to make an important decision, what was the situation, what actions did you take, and what were the results
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Huntington, WV) in Dec 2014
Interview
It was lengthy, first I took a timed test. Then a took a virtual interview and answered question through my webcam. I wasn't talking to anyone, the questions were sent to me and I answered as if I were in an interview and it recorded me. Then I had a phone interview with someone then a final interview over the phone with the person who hired me. From start to finish it took about a month. They hire based on the star method. If your not familiar with it, look it up.
