HR is unresponsive, update is given very late for each stages of the application. Very generic invitation, rejection email from the recruiting team. No feedback at all from the interviews, nor from the recruiting team itself.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
I had a phone screen with a Human Resources employee to start. Extremely minimal info was given on the phone screen, the HR employee couldn’t answer any kind of questions about the role or interview process, and then I was fully ghosted.

Do you have any questions about the role and responsibilities?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Buenos Aires) in May 2025
Interview
