After intial phone screening by the HR, I was called for a face to face interview with four people. It was a VP, hiring director, cross functional director and another senior manager in the similar role. The VP and cross functional director were more about personality and other soft stuff. The hiring director and his direct report were more technical and asked case questions. Prepare a case or two with marketing, scoping and segmenting questions for the likes of CMO, CEO etc. Be ready with a response to why I should hire you.
The interview comes down to case questions and technical marketing knowledge. Have some marketing statistical tools in your arsenal. Good luck.
