Two rounds - one with HR and one with the manager. Got an offer 1 week later but declined due to low salary. Overall very behavioral and process was fast. Did not allow for any negotiation
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at American Express in Jan 2025
Interview
I was ghosted by Amex after completing final round interviews.
I applied for the graduate product management internship, and had a referral for the role. It took them 2 months to send me a take home interview, then another month to hear back from them about a live interview. I was invited to interview with two directors, which I completed, and was told I would get a response in two weeks. Unfortunately, it has been over a month and I have not heard back from anyone at Amex. In total, this has been a waste of 4 months of time. They left me feeling extremely disrespected after the entire experience, and I would not recommend people to apply here. It only takes a minute to reject someone.
