American Express Manager Business Development interview questions

My candidate experience was hindered by poor communication from the TA team. After multiple scheduling attempts and a confirmed second interview time, I was never contacted and received no follow-up. This experience confirmed that the company’s culture and lack of professional courtesy are not a match for my standards. I would advise others to be cautious, as the process resulted in a significant waste of time and energy.

2 rounds, first round was coding and second round was resume review and project related interview. Pretty standard process and average difficulty overall. Interview depends on team and the person taking the interview, others had good feedback but my interviewer was not upto standards
