I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
HR is very quick in scheduling you for an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, they never get back to you in a timely manner to update you on the results or status of your application after the interview with the hiring manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you rank in terms of performance versus your peers in your current company?
I applied online. I interviewed at American Express in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online. After many weeks I received a call from HR and they basically immediately started a 30-minute interview. Then I got invited for an interview with two team managers through HireVue, which went well. I then got invited for an in-person interview with two of their managers, who manage the overall team in Europe. This interview went very well and they were very positive at the end. They would discuss with HR and let me know how to proceed soon. This was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. Contacting HR doesn't help because I get no response. It seems like the HR organization is very bad, hard to get in contact with and both at the beginning as well as end of the process you might not hear anything from them for weeks. I still don't know what they want and what they concluded from the last interview I had.

Question 1
Basically STAR-questions. They wanted very specific answers, and they kept asking questions about things on my CV that seem to be the least important (like side jobs that I had during college instead of education or internships).
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Express in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and received a call within a week to come in for an interview. This interview was a three step process, which consisted or two face to face interviews and an online exam. Overall the process was very smooth and I was offered the job on the same day.
