American Express Software Engineering Intern interview questions

The process was good. The interviewers were very respectful, however because the position was out of my area of expertise I was declined, however I am still actively learning python and trying to answer the questions asked to gauge my skill level

After submitting the application, I received an invite for a video call interview. It was not HireVue. On this video call, there were two representatives who asked me a series of behavioral and technical questions. The first half of the interview was dedicated for behavioral, while the second half of the interview was for technical. After the interview was over, I was contacted by HR in about a week and was informed that I received an internship offer.
