Interview
4 stages, phone interview then 3 in person interviews with hiring manager, other manager, ANZ MD. The 3 in-person interviews all asked the same questions so felt like ground hog day.
It was okay I enjoyed it very nice people great company I think they are on to something writing words for 320 word limit am I there yet nope I am not there yet

Interview
Have done quiet a few HR interviews before. Have never been told in an interview before that the salary of the role depends on how much i’m currently earning before being continually asked what i’m currently earning. Reversing any questions I had about expectations - made it seem like a two way process when it was more one way. Declined the follow up interview.
