I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Appirio (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. There was a recruiter screening followed by a Telephone technical screen. I had to complete a Project in Salesforce. This was followed by another round of Technical interview. Surprisingly I was not invited onsite for any of the interview rounds.
