Overall, I had a really great interview experience. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful and engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to connect with people who are clearly passionate about their work. One of my interviewers in particular made a strong effort to create a comfortable and welcoming environment, which made the conversation feel more like a genuine discussion than a formal interview. The only downside was the communication timeline after the interviews. The wait time to hear back was quite long (around three weeks) and the deadline for a decision kept getting extended. It would have been helpful to have more clarity or consistency around the timeline. Overall, still a positive experience and I’m grateful for the opportunity to interview.
