Interview
I was provided a group interview with about five other people. They passed around an ipad which randomly generated questions. We were to read out the question, then provide our answer. Occasionally, they asked the entire group a question away from the ipad. Interviewers were friendly and the interview was casual. They focus not on what you answer, but how you answer. The main test is in the confidence and personal skills you have when interacting with others.

Question 1
Name a time you had to solve the same issue twice, where the first time you failed.
The process involved an initial application followed by a screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by one or two interviews with team members, focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and cultural fit. The interviewers asked behavioural questions and scenarios related to handling customers and troubleshooting. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave a clear understanding of the role expectations.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

Interview
One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
