1st interview was a phone interview. The HR was very professional. Gave me many suggestions on how to answer a question (why did I left the last job) better in the next round of interview.

Regular questions about my understanding of the job, why left the last job, is it ok to earn a little and do monotonous work, and what qualities one should have in order to achieve success in this position.
many steps 3, in different languages, first in English, then Spanish and then back to English, also had to do a background check. the job was not clear until I passed all the interviews
HR reach out for quick interview and then one interview with 2 TLs, mostly about behaviour and how to take action when encounter difficulties or when SOP is vague. quite easy

Asked some cultural awareness and language fluency question. Phone screening, video interview recording, video interview and finally come to assessment test. The entire process finished and awarded within 1 month plus.
