Timeline: Applied June 3 Received first call on June 19, a short 10 minute call where the recruiter tells me about the job and asks a few questions about availability and why I want the job. Sets up my second interview for June 24. Second interview June 24 via FaceTime. 25 minutes long. Once again the interviewer goes over the entire job and asks me many questions about customer service and empathy. Short tech support role play at the end, let's me know he will be recommending me for a third interview. A few days later I received an email to schedule my third interview. Third interview via FaceTime on July 6. 45 minutes long. Most of the questions are customer focused, there are a few involved tech but you don't need to know everything about the product to pass. They want to see HOW you solve a problem and where you'll start with your questions to the customer. This interviewer also asked me about how I will handle being at home all of the time. Heard back from the recruiter on July 14th with my job offer that was contingent on a background check. Submitted background check on July 14th and it completed online on July 21. Sent a follow up email to my recruiter on July 29th and received a call back that very day saying I meet all criteria and my job begins on August 24. Hired and excited! The timeline for the hiring process is fairly lengthy so just stay patient. Good luck to all!
