I went through the first and second stages of group interviews all right. In particular, I had a very positive impression after the second one, where I felt I did well in the interview. In the third group interview, we had 5 candidates, among which 3 people were men in their early twenties, one man who was probably in his forties, and myself - a woman, not so young. This time, we met this manager, who introduced himself as new to this managing role. He said he would be the leader of the team in which the successful candidate would be assigned to work. I found him quite arrogant but I kept my usual positive attitude, being as professional and polite as possible. Unfortunately, however, he seemed reluctant to talk to me and the mature guy from the start. He was standing at the top of the table, and he slightly turned his body toward the side where the 3 young guys were sitting, trying to encourage them to speak more. He didn't even look at us when either of us at my end attempted to speak. Instead, attempts by us 2 were sometimes cut short. It was a very upsetting experience indeed.
