3 rounds process: Recruiter interview first - basic Qs Senior Managers interview with direct hiring Manager Last step with two Sr Managers in the interview All lasting about an hour focus on people management, no questions on operations management

It was very easy going. Questions werent too hard. They were very kind throughout the process and I enjoyed my time. It wasn't a fit for me personally. I may try to interview again in the future.
