Two interview panels. Conversations with managers, senior managers and directors. Straightforward questions, the whole point is to evaluate if you will fit the company culture. This are whole day interviews, so be prepared and block enough time.

Long interview process then was left with out any answers for multiple weeks. Ended up calling long after the process and said I was rejected. Felt unprofessional and as an afterthought.
It follows a standard procedure. It started with HR Phone Call, followed by Hiring Manager Call, Full Cycle Interview (5 hours total), and get an offer package from HR. In addition there was an informal call with senior director before I join the company.
