Apple Operations Specialist interview questions

Started with a phone call with a recruiter. They asked about my background and why Apple. Next, was a group interview with a store manager. She asked a bunch of behavioral questions. Last was the store leader. He asked behavioral questions also and asked about our favorite feature on our phone.

One phone screening. This was easy as it asked about past experience. Then one on-site review with other candidates. You need to stand out and show that you value the customer experience at Apple.
