I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Danbury, CT) in Aug 2017
Interview
Apple's interview process was conducted in a location elsewhere in the same mall, with five other applicants participating. It used open-ended questions to evaluate your personality and how you would react to different situations that were not directly related to the work that you would be expected to do in the future. It was refreshing to see a change of pace from the usual "where do you see yourself in five years" style of interviewing. I felt that the recruiters were trying to identify the applicants who most closely matched their ideals for a diverse company that would cater to the individual personalities that enter the store.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Melbourne) in Jan 2019
Interview
First I was researching about the interview process, then I have got some idea and actually it was easier than what I expected.
It started with a group interview and we were almost 20 people. We were watched the company goals and aims story...
and then we were asked 'whats your passion about? , (be realistic and do not say something because you want to get this job)'
After that we divided to groups of 4 people with one of the staff and had to play a scenario that was given to each of us (buyer and retailer) and after that she asked 2 (tell us a time that...) questions that were customer service experiences questions...
If you going to successful in this stage, you are gonna have 2 more one to one interviews before you employed by Apple.
After 4 days I have got an unfortunately email that was unexpected as I thought I did it very good compare to others... and I don't think if anybody from our group go through to the next stage...
To be honest I felt like It was more just like showing off that the company are seeking the new people rather than really hiring new staff...
