The first interview was with other candidates in a zoom meeting. The questions here were pretty general, asked about a time when you provided someone with great customer service. They’ll follow up with a one on one interview, where they will ask more personal, classic interview questions. (I.e. they aren’t going to ask you to talk about a time you received difficult feedback from a manager in the group meeting).

Great very friendly. I felt comfortable during the conversation. I answered honest and truthfully engaged Well with the conversation and responded in a timely manner. Finally, shared some insight on myself and some things I bring to the table
