Tell me about a time when you had a difficult relationship to repair or a difficult customer. What did you do?
Tell me about a time you provided feedback to a peer or someone above you
Tell me when you had to partner with a manager or coworker to help an unhappy customer
for full time you have to re-apply, and go against other people. some of who are not even in the role as of yet, and there is a chance you will not get chosen for the position you already have, but are re-applying for just for hours.
