The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (London, England)
Interview
Was contacted by phone. Organised a phone interview, was told by interviewer it went really well. Contacted again a few weeks later saying the hiring manager wished to have another phone interview with me tomorrow at 10am, I was confused ANOTHER PHONE INTERVIEW. I said I'm sorry it's too short notice can we arrange another date, never to be heard from again. Extremely poor and unprofessional.

Question 1
Usual things. if you came across a machine that needed a new part, what process would you follow?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Gaithersburg, MD) in Mar 2013
Interview
The company overall is very relaxed. Casual Fridays is pretty much T-shirt day. The hiring and interview process reflects this. I interviewed with two technical people who obviously knew what they were talking about and gave me a run for my money. They asked me a lot of good questions concerning my previous experience and how I foresee using them in the new role. They also did a great job of explaining what they are looking for as well as what they expect.
