The first round went really well and the hiring manager was pleased with my ideas in the second round. But in the second round, there was a guy from the business and he went on asking questions that actually didn't matter much for the role and I had no prior experience in that area.
I am really disappointed as why would I waste my time making a PPT for them after the first round if they had no intention of hiring me!! And the questions in the second round had NOTHING to do with my presentation & ideas. So I wasn't briefed in advance about it. It was a total waste of my time & energy.

The HR asked me about my performance development goals. Honestly if I had some good goals in my current company I wouldn't be applying for another job.
The truth is that I don't have any and I couldn't tell that in the interview.
