Second step is hirevue where you have to answer one question.
Afterwards there is an interview with future LM and an experienced employee also a part of the team based in another country
After 3-4 weeks I got a job offer

Interview
Very standard interview first with HR, asking about strengths weaknesses, to talk a bit about the values of the company, why I want to work there. Everyone was super pleasant, first part was conducted in Serbian, then in English.
