Just pretty standard interviewing procedure, HR interview goes over soft skills and resume. Usually occurs within 2-3 weeks of application being submitted.
Technical Interview asks basic lab questions to gauge understanding of Biopharma. Nothing too tough. usually occurs 2-3 weeks after HR Interview
Welcome Interview usually occurs within 1-2 weeks after technical interview. Offer letter sent after quick meeting with direct supervisor.
First a Hireview, then a real interview. They have a pretty fast pace so all took about 2 weeks. They are very clear about the timing of the intern and the salary you will get.
