Three interviews: 1) With HR, asking more general questions about why this role and if you are willing to move. 2) With the team manager and a member of the team, you give a 10 minute presentation and they ask you questions more specific to the science and your experience. They also ask more general questions e.g. a strength and a weakness. 3) With the department head, asking behavioural interview questions and about which particular AstraZeneca values speak to you, times where you took intitiative.
