I complied promptly and waited for nearly a month while being told the offer was pending management approval. Despite the repeated positive indications, I was eventually informed that the role would no longer proceed due to internal changes. While organizational decisions can change, candidates should be aware that even at advanced stages of the process, outcomes may still shift unexpectedly after significant time and effort have already been invested. I hope the company improves transparency and communication in handling candidates moving forward.
