The interview process was lengthy and professional (3 stages), concluding with a final panel. The company invested significant time and resources in external candidates, only to ultimately select an internal candidate.
While the internal decision is understood, taking external profiles through the final stages when an internal candidate is clearly favored is wasting the time of external talent..

Interview
Initial interview with HR was via Zoom, took around 30 minutes. The interviewer was pleasant, but didn’t really ask me to expound on my answers or explain further. They asked standard questions, and explained the details of the job.
On-Demand digital video interview using our HireVue interviewing system. It was a basic HR interview with the System through a recorded video. each question should be answered in 3 mins
