I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Chennai) in May 2023
Interview
Got a call from HR and enquire about my overall experience and my expectation. Attend technical interview in AZ chennai office and it went for nearly 1 hour. Next day get a call from recruiter & get scheduled for HR interview. HR didnt join & after I called recruiter HR joined 15 mins later. She was not ready to take interview - only for the name sake she asked some query & there was no negotiation happened on my expectation however I explained my expectation.
Next day around 10 PM, I got a call from same HR and asked same question where she asked in previous round. And explain me that I will get a offer in next couple of days. There was no proper communication - suddenly after a week get a mail from workday about my offer letter. I was shocked by seeing offer letter as I was given with "Assistant PM role" instead PM role for which I had went for interview and gave very min hike which didnt meet market standard. I called HR & she casually replied that if you dont like simply reject the offer. So I rejected it.
Overall: Very arrogant HR team in company

Very long process with several stages and had to wait many weeks between each stage. This should be improved otherwise candidates could lose interest. This should be improved otherwise candidates could lose interest.
