I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Atlas Copco Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2026
Interview
First call with a campus recruiter before speaking with the sales manager in the preferred location. Both interviews were extremely casual. Talked about who you are, family, hobbies, and lifestyle. Went through my resume and past experiences. Very little is shared about Atlas Copco and the program itself. Low professionalism, hard to stay in contact with people.
I applied online. I interviewed at Atlas Copco Group (Stuttgart) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was very good and fast. The interview had 2 round and they were very direct and got offer in 4 days. Had a first round with GM and HR. They told about the atlascopco company first and later discussed further. Called me to onsite and got offer next day
I applied online. I interviewed at Atlas Copco Group (Prag) in Dec 2025
Interview
Very unprofessional experience. I initially had a 30 minute interview, during which I was told I was a strong candidate and that I would receive a task for the assessment. A week passed with no task, so I followed up by email, only to be told it had been forgotten. I then received two large tasks that took me several hours to complete.
After submitting them, I was told they were pleased with my work and that I would be invited to a second, 1- hour interview. I completed that interview and was told I would receive an update the following week. I never did. After 2 weeks, I emailed twice to politely follow up, and both messages were ignored.
Throughout the process, they repeatedly emphasized how big and important this company is, yet their behaviour was anything but professional. They failed to follow through, forgot their own commitments, and did not acknowledge emails, even after a candidate invests significant time and effort into completing their tasks.
