Interview
I applied through my school career fair. I got a call a few months later to come in for an interview. When I arrived I met one of the hiring managers who took me on a tour of the facility. We then went back to the office and I sat down with him and another hiring manager. They asked about my experiences based on my resume and then asked several behavioral based questions. Two current employees were then brought in and they gave me a chance to ask questions.

Interview
Set of two interviews, first was with the project manager and second with the manager and senior designer. Both were rather easy to navigate, mostly behavioral, any technical questions were light. There was a brief shop tour, which is always a great chance to prove you're knowledgeable about their process.
