Avanade Engineering interview questions

The interviewers were good, asking detailed questions on specifics of examples of problems I have soved in the past. They wanted to know about how I relate to and manage people, especially problem situations. Interviews were about an hour and on the telephone, which was hard not being able to read expressions but easy to refer to notes if you prepared for the interview. Not bad if you arent a touchy feely kind of person. Not feeling Avanade anyway, dont know why.
