Mehrere Iterationsstufen. Telefonische Vorbesprechungen (Personal), telefonische Vorbesprechung (technisch), dann 2 Vor Ort Gespräche, weitere telefonische Besprechung mit Fachverantwortlichem - leider wurden mir entscheidende Punkte zugesichert, die jedoch nach Einstellung nicht eingehalten wurden.

Recruiter reached out and we had a good conversation. Hiring manager looked through my background and found that it wasn't the best fit for the position. Got nicely written, personal feedback as to why my background wasn't the best fit this time. Much appreciated and an overall good courteous process.

Probably one of the worst interview processes I have ever been through. 5 Interviews and told in each that I would be a great fit. I presented, met in hotels, met in their offices over a period of 3 months to then not proceed because they weren't in a position to move forward.
