2 Interviews.
First interview by HR across the phone. Be prepared to run through your experience in your resume and also answer some basic programming questions. HR representative have sufficient IT knowledge to know if you are smoking through.
Second interview in main office by Group Manager. Generally interactive sessions talking about your pros and cons, some programming questions as well.
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience
