Interview
The interview process was fast. First it was a screening interview with the HR. Followed by the formal interview with the hiring manager. The interview was conducted virtually due to the pandemic but it was smooth and it took around an hour for the formal interview.

They will ask if you are keen to learn new things and skills required for the job as the job requirements is always changing.

Entrevista com RH e entrevista técnica com gestor caso aprovado na primeira etapa. Parte técnica nível mediano de dificuldade. São solícitos quando te pedem disponibilidade de horário pra agendar a call, mas lerdos demais em dar feedback. Estou até hoje a ver navios, mesmo depois de um ok no processo seletivo. Simplesmente sumiram e nunca mais entraram em contato.
