Interview
I applied through a recruiter. First interview was easy, getting to know the company and about myself and my previous experiences.
The second interview was with one of the senior consultants/team lead where the discussion was about different methodologies and architectures like agile, waterfall, microservices etc. Some situational questions were also thrown into the mix.
Then there is a live tech test where you're given a program with incomplete functions that you have to implement then a similar SQL test. The tests aren't that difficult and you can google during the test as well.
Passed both interviews and received a call from avanade HR saying they are happy with my performance and would like to proceed with my candidacy. Next day I received a call saying they will not be proceeding further based on salary expectations and have already filled the position with someone else.
Complete and utter waste of time when they knew the salary expectations from day 1.
Probably best to ensure they are ok with salary expectations during the first interview.

Good interview process. The first one is a normal interview where they talk about what the company works with and their relationship with Microsoft, and the second is technical interview. I didn’t had any coding interview, but questions about my projects etc

The difficulty level of the interview was Medium. The interviewer started asking technical questions from the basic to advanced level. He asked questions in technologies like React.js, Node.js and C#. Finally he asked about the personal projects and a DSA question.
