Did phone interview with HR to begin. Then in person at their Columbus office. One interview was technical and the other was more interpersonal questions. Finally did a video call with a manager who asked a few more personal style questions and explained the benefits, pay, etc.

Interview process was 2 times. first was recruiter interview about personnel related and career plan , job changing reason and second was technical by director level which was focused on ERP .smooth and fast interview process.
