Interview
Had a phone interview. It was very basic get to know you and find out what you really know about the industry and you passions. Second phone interview started out with some background questions and then asked basic interview questions like customer scenarios. Last interview was in person and the questions were more involved.
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience

Interview process was 2 times. first was recruiter interview about personnel related and career plan , job changing reason and second was technical by director level which was focused on ERP .smooth and fast interview process.
