I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had two interviews that seemed to go well, with regular contact with the recruitment team in between, including calls. However, they never bothered to tell me I was unsuccessful. I emailed the recruitment team multiple times to ask for feedback and messaged the recruiter I had been in contact with directly, and I didn't even get a generic, sorry you were unsuccessful email. Their online system where you can monitor the progress of your application also did not get updated.

Interview
Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.
