This was a series of phone/TEAMS interviews, across Human Resources, National Leadership roles as well as team directors responsible for Canadian operations. Calls were separate, and occurred over 2-3 weeks.

Interview
Not sure of the competency of the interviewer. It looked like I know more than the actual subject matter expert. I would love to see that I am coming into the environment which will get me more knowledgeable. Of course I'm happy to add to the culture and experience.
