Avanade interview questions

Had a very good process overall, initial screening interview consisted of standard interview questions concerning examples of my skills, why I'm interested in the industry/company/job. In the assessment centre, I completed a group task case study which felt fairly standard, then I had a 2:1 interview and presented a case study at the end of it.

I applied for a manager position, had two interviews with HR and a director and everything was going well until I interviewed a developer. The developer, who has 5 years of experience in the sector, thinked the salary I wanted too much for a someone with 20 years of experience (that's me) and rejected. Avanade looks like a strong company from outside but inside all crooked and has a lot of incompetent key personnel. It was a total waste of time; I would not recommend. Search google for top 10 companies (Avanade not one of them), select one and just apply.
