Avanade interview questions

I had a short 30 minute interview - it was more like a screening. After the interview I was told it went very well and that I'd hear back by next week. After not hearing back for weeks, they contacted me and said they did not follow through with the Pittsburgh PA internships and offered me an interview for their Philidelphia location.

If you want to do timepass, then go for it. Because do not seem they are serious. The first round was very professional and technical. For Second and third round they called me in the office. The second interviewer was almost sleepy. I was worried at this stage already. The third interviewer came late. And asked general questions. After a lot of follow up, the HR said the feedback on teams seems to be positive but later I got a reject, that do not possess skills and some very diplomatic answer. suggest a quick suggestion to the interviewers: Please get serious as you are playing with the candidates morale!
