I applied online through LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out after 3 weeks for a video interview. They kept reiterating that many people have applied for this role and the same role has been active in toronto, Boston, London etc. And also people are being considered internally. Speaks volumes about the leadership and recruitement style. They asked random questions not related to the role. Anyways I answered all of them and heard nothing back. I even sent multiple follow up including making a deck, website, 1 pager etc to consider me but still crickets. Its been 2 months now and I haven't neither heard about the next round or even rejection. Extremely unprofessional and would never recommend this. Heard this was an existing role because the person quit. So its pretty clear.
