Multiple rounds but fair. Try to get to know you once you have the opportunity to talk to one of the recruiters. This can take some time, fun company to work for.

First had an interview with HR, which was a very unpleasant conversation. She pushed me to tell my current salary and my other offers, while I mentioned I felt uncomfortable to share. The second round was a more technical round. The interviewer did not try to make me feel comfortable, which is just maybe their approach. It was not a conversation but more a technical test.
