My screening interviewer was incredible and easy to vibe with. One question that almost caught me off gaurd was "If you were advertise for a cs candidate, what will it say ". After passing that, I was then scheduled for two more interviews. One for technical and one for behavioral. Nothing too serious. I was asked to described recurrsion and to provide and example of it. In addtion, I was asked to share my top three favorite projects. For behavorial, most of the question resolves around how you would react due to XYZ such as : delivering a news that you know will upset a teammate, or how to respond to a client email. Some of the chillest interview I gone through. However, other interns I met had a different experience where they were given a coding problem.

Primo colloquio conoscitivo con l’hr e successivamente un colloquio tecnico con : un architetto del software ed un ingegnere senior, entrambi estremamente competenti e gentili. Il colloquio è durato esattamente un’ora . Sono stati tempestivi col feedback, circa una settimana. Offerta migliorativa del 20%.

Colloquio sfidante per un junior, durato 60 minuti, domande su architettura a microservizi, domande non superficiali sul funzionamento del franework di riferimento, pattern, qualche query sql, indicizzazione, complessità asintotica e algorirmi di ordinamento.
