Avanade Sen Consultant interview questions

Interview consisted of a phone screen that tested .NET abilities. It lasted for 1.5 hours and covered a wide range of skills (C#, OOP, SQL, Architecture, etc.) Then a 1:1 with a director in the Accenture Reston office. The face to face was more of a personality interview and gaged communication skills.
