Avanade Solution Architect interview questions

Overall process took 40 days, from the first call received from HR till offer letter. Avanade understood my skills and interviewed me for the right position available. Highly professional team with right ethics in place. Communication was also on time.

I’ve had 5 interviews 2 with recruiters and 3 with business. Nice ppl and good conversations but the recruitment process was messy and confusing. Timelines weren’t met. It expected a more professional process. This made me decide to decline the offer and choose for an architect role at another MS partner. After informing the recruiter that I have chosen another offer I didn’t get a response at all. Apparently the person oriented approach stops immediately after they receive a message they don’t like.
