Interview
The overall process was smooth and well-structured. The interview mainly focused on BAT’s culture and values, and how I could contribute to them. I was also asked about my background, my motivation for joining, and how I would fit into the role. Additionally, there was some discussion around the general operations of the LEAF program. The experience was professional and engaging, giving me good insights into the company’s working environment.
