First they call you on the phone asking when you are comfortable having the interview and they will ask you to come to the company and on the interview day they took us to the IT department and interviewed one person at a time having a guy from it department monitoring how we do the activities

there was this Excel activity that they asked you to do and if you gets stucked while doing it , they will give some clues but dont go to the interview thinking they will help you through the whole activity !

Not recommended, asks for task that takes one business day to complete - before the interview, before desclosing the salary. And it is of course totally unpaid. During the interview they disclose close to nothing informarton about the role, and on the first interview they are not disclosing the salary,
